Diagnostic and Consultation Points is a place where free and anonymous HIV tests are performed
The project is implemented with public funds: the National AIDS Center of the Agenda of the Minister of Health and the City of Warsaw 
Overall goal:
- increasing access to anonymous HIV testing,
- reducing the number of cases of HIV infection by increasing the detection of HIV in people unaware of infection,
- development of education, information and guidance.
Detailed objectives:
- increasing the level of knowledge about HIV / AIDS among test point patients,
- increasing the level of knowledge about safer behavior and ways to reduce the risk of HIV infection
